About the workshop
Aleksandar Electronics is the audio, TV and AV side of our Al Quoz electronics workshop. Laptops, phones and computers are handled by our sister brand Laptop Expert.
Conditions
Most audio, TV and AV repairs are finished within one to two working days. If parts must be ordered, we tell you the expected date up front.
Every repair carries a warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the device, the repair and your service contract. The period is written on your invoice.
Pickup and delivery in Dubai are free when you send three or more devices together. Pickup for a single device is charged separately; ask us for the price.
We test the device and find the fault, then send you the quote. No repair starts until you approve it.
Amplifier, power-supply, main and T-con boards repaired at component level, not just swapped, when the fault allows it.
Every device is tested on the bench first. We trace the fault to the component: amplifier ICs, power-supply stages, HDMI and DSP boards, TV main and T-con boards, backlight drivers. Where a board can be repaired, we repair it instead of replacing the whole module, which usually costs less.
If a repair is not possible or not worth the cost, we tell you before you spend money.
Process
Send brand, model and a photo or video of the fault on WhatsApp.
Bring it in, or book pickup (free for 3+ devices).
We test, find the fault and send the price. You approve before work starts.
Typically 1–2 days, with a 3–6 month warranty.
