Common Harman Kardon faults and how we check them

| Won't turn on / no power | Power supply, battery protection or charging circuit fault. We test the battery and the board before quoting. |
| Not charging | Worn or damaged USB port, charging IC or battery. Ports and charging circuits are replaced at board level. |
| Bluetooth or Wi-Fi drops, won't pair | Firmware state, antenna or wireless module fault. We reset, update and test before any hardware work. |
| Rattle, buzz or a blown driver | Damaged cone, voice coil or crossover. We check whether the driver or the amplifier is the cause. |
| Soundbar: no TV sound over HDMI ARC / eARC | HDMI board or port damage, CEC settings or power-surge damage. We test with our own TVs and sources. |

Harman Kardon repair questions
Are you an authorised Harman Kardon service centre?
No. Aleksandar Electronics is not an authorised Harman Kardon service centre. We are an independent workshop with a lot of experience repairing Harman Kardon products. If your Harman Kardon product is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Harman Kardon or the dealer you bought it from first. We repair out-of-warranty products and products the manufacturer would only replace.
How long does a Harman Kardon repair take?
Most repairs take 1–2 working days. If a part must be ordered, we tell you the expected date before you approve the work.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Repairs carry a 3–6 month warranty depending on the device and the repair. The period is written on your invoice.
Can you collect my Harman Kardon equipment?
Yes. Pickup and delivery in Dubai are free for three or more devices. Pickup of a single device is charged separately. Large systems can be collected together.
